Mobile Food Pantry
Lighthouse rolled out the Mobile Pantry Program in May 2011 to supplement the work of our Community Hope Centers, as well as the shelters and meal sites operating on the Phoenix Westside. In partnership with Saint Mary's Food Bank, fresh fruits and vegetables are trucked to Lighthouse every first Thursday of each month for immediate distribution to residents.
Ministries
A Dream without action is just a thought, but a DREAM with a plan is vision. At Lighthouse we have a strong vision to touch lives on an individual level. We look at all of our ministries as part of the Vision and Dream God has given us for Lighthouse Church.
P.O.W.E.R. Classes
Another round of P.O.W.E.R. classes will be beginning soon! Stop by the Firm Foundation Bookstore to make sure your name is on the list and you can pick up your workbook. The POWER classes consist of five sessions, each on a Wednesday night. Each class covers one of the five letters of POWER - Prayer, Outreach, Worship, Equip, and Relationship.
Hope Centers
Community Hope Centers seek to bless the less privileged by meeting practical needs for food and clothing, while preserving dignity, with the anticipation that Jesus will use us to create breathing room for those we serve to experience the Holy Spirit working in their lives and hearts. The strength and success of the center is compassionate ministry to the practical needs of families and individuals.
